* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of central California, including the following
counties, Fresno, Kern and Tulare.
* WHEN...Until 1245 PM PST.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 748 AM PST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. Minor
flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the
advisory area.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Bakersfield, Visalia, Porterville, Orosi, Lindsay,
Farmersville, Exeter, Woodlake, Terra Bella, East
Porterville, Strathmore, Ducor, Poplar-Cotton Center,
Woodville, Three Rivers, Ivanhoe, East Orosi, Cutler, Lake
Isabella and Richgrove.
