* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of central California, including the following 
  counties, Fresno and Madera.

* WHEN...Until 100 PM PST.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. 

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1032 AM PST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. Minor
    flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the
    advisory area.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Fresno, Clovis, Sanger, Calwa, Easton, Bonadelle Ranchos-
    Madera Ranchos and Friant.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, dont drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
