* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Central Broward County in southeastern Florida...
* WHEN...Until 530 PM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Overflowing poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 225 PM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated
heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or
expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1.5 and
2.5 inches of rain have fallen.
- Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected over
the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding.

Fort Lauderdale, Pompano Beach, Lighthouse Point, Lauderdale-
By-The-Sea, Oakland Park, Lauderdale Lakes, Wilton Manors, Sea
Ranch Lakes, Lazy Lake, Twin Lakes and Golden Heights.
