...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 7 PM CDT THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Central Grayson County in north central Texas...

* WHEN...Until 700 PM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas,
  particruarly in the Sherman and Denison areas. Expect water over
  roadways and ponding of water in urban or other areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 534 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. Overflowing poor drainage areas will cause minor
    flooding in the advisory area.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Sherman, Denison, Pottsboro, Knollwood, Dorchester, Randell Lake,
    Eisenhower State Park, Lake Texoma, Preston, Southmayd, Boddie,
    Luella, Ida and Carpenters Bluff.


PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, dont drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
