...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 2 PM PST THIS AFTERNOON...
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of central California, including the following
counties, Fresno, Kern, Kings and Tulare.
* WHEN...Until 200 PM PST.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1211 PM PST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. Minor
flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the
advisory area.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Tulare, Corcoran, Avenal, Stratford, Tipton, Kettleman City,
Lost Hills, Blackwells Corner, Alpaugh, Kettleman Hills,
Belridge and Twisselman.

Turn around, dont drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
