...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 3 AM MDT WEDNESDAY...

* WHAT...Arroyo and small stream flooding caused by excessive 
  rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Lower Seco Creek in Sierra County, New Mexico.

* WHEN...Until 300 AM MDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. 
  Dangerous flows over low-water crossings.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1153 PM MDT, Thunderstorms produced 1 to 1.5 inches of
    rain over middle sections of Seco Creek tonight. While storms
    have dissipated, runoff is likely to inundate the low water
    crossing on Lower Seco Creek Road and Primaveras Road, just
    under the I-25 underpass.
  - Some locations that may experience flooding include...
    Lower Seco Creek near Caballo.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the 
dangers of flooding.
