* WHERE...Central Bay County in the panhandle of Florida...

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 806 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly in the advisory area.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Panama City, Lynn Haven, Panama City Beach, Callaway,
Springfield, Hiland Park, Tyndall Air Force Base, Parker, Dirego
Park, Brannonville, Cedar Grove, College Station, Millville, Bay
Harbor, Southport, Recota Beach, Bayou George, Bayhead, Magnolia
