  following counties, Rockingham and Stokes and Virginia, including 
  the following counties, Henry and Patrick.

* WHEN...Until 345 AM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. 

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1237 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
    shortly in the advisory area.
  - This includes the following streams and drainages...
    Big Creek, Brushy Fork Creek, Crooked Creek, Cascade Creek,
    Anglin Branch, Buffalo Creek, Dan River, Belews Creek, Big
    Beaver Island Creek and Baker Branch.
