* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Southwestern Fairfield County in central Ohio...
Hocking County in central Ohio...
Southeastern Pickaway County in central Ohio...
Northeastern Ross County in south central Ohio...
* WHEN...Until 200 AM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1104 PM EDT, radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy
rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected
to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of
rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches
are possible in the warned area.
- Some locations that may experience flooding include...
Circleville, Logan, South Bloomfield, Kingston, Hocking Hills
State Park, Logan Elm Village, Starr, Fox, Amanda, Stoutsville,
Laurelville, Murray City, Adelphi, Tarlton, Buena Vista in
Hocking County, Clearport, Gibisonville, South Bloomingville and
Whisler.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Turn around, dont drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.

your report via social media, when you can do so safely.
