* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Southeastern Fayette County in central Ohio...
  Southwestern Pickaway County in central Ohio...
  Northeastern Highland County in south central Ohio...
  Western Ross County in south central Ohio...

* WHEN...Until midnight EDT tonight.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 934 PM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms.
    Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the
    advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen.
    Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible in the
    warned area.
  - Some locations that may experience flooding include...
    Washington Court House, Greenfield, Leesburg, Williamsport,
    Bainbridge, New Holland, Good Hope, Frankfort, Clarksburg, South
    Salem, Austin, Lattaville, Plano, Rock Mills, Paint Creek State
    Park, Bourneville, New Martinsburg, State Route 207 at US Route
    22, Knockemstiff and East Monroe.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, dont drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

The Flood Advisory will expire at midnight EDT tonight for portions
of central and south central Ohio, including the following areas, in
central Ohio, Fayette and Pickaway. In south central Ohio, Highland
and Ross.

The heavy rain has ended. Flooding is no longer expected to pose a
threat. Please continue to heed remaining road closures.

A Flood Watch remains in effect until 800 AM EDT Monday for portions
of Indiana and Ohio...
