* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Southwestern Fairfield County in central Ohio...
Northeastern Fayette County in central Ohio...

Eastern Ross County in south central Ohio...
* WHEN...Until 1245 AM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1013 PM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms.
Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the
advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen.
Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible in the
warned area.
- Some locations that may experience flooding include...
Chillicothe, Circleville, Waverly, Ashville, Mount Sterling,
South Bloomfield, Kingston, Williamsport, Logan Elm Village,
North Folk Village, Commercial Point, Fox, Londonderry,
Stoutsville, Laurelville, Adelphi, Tarlton, Darbyville and
Pickaway County Airport.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Turn around, dont drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
