...FLASH FLOOD WATCH IS CANCELLED...

The Flash Flood Watch is cancelled for portions of northeast and 
southeast Oregon, including the following areas, in northeast 
Oregon, Baker County. In southeast Oregon, Harney County, Malheur 
County and Oregon Lower Treasure Valley.

Rainfall is still expected in the area, but the heaviest rain is now 
forecast to fall north of where this watch was. We will continue to 
monitor rainfall amounts over burn scars in this area.

* WHAT...Flash flooding and debris flows caused by excessive 
  rainfall are possible over the Wapiti, Snag, and Dollar fire burn 
  scars.

* WHERE...A portion of southwest Idaho, including the following 
  areas, Boise Mountains and West Central Mountains.

* WHEN...Until 9 PM MDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Heavy rainfall over the Wapiti, Snag, and Dollar fire 
  burn scars is expected during the period of the watch. Those with 
  interests in and near the burn scars should prepare for potential 
  flooding impacts. Be sure to stay up to date with information from 
  local authorities. Heavy rainfall could trigger flash flooding or 
  debris flows in and near recent wildfire burn scars.
