  Northern Hampshire County in western Massachusetts...

* Until 515 PM EDT.

* At 325 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
  heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain 
  have fallen. The expected rainfall rate is 1 to 2 inches in 1 
  hour. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible in 
  the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin 
  shortly.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban
           areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as
           other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  Buckland, Conway, Shelburne, Ashfield, Colrain, Charlemont, Heath, 
  Plainfield, Rowe and Hawley.

Additional rainfall from thunderstorm approaching from the south may

At 433 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy 
rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have 
fallen. The expected rainfall rate is 1 to 2 inches in 1 hour. 
Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible in the 
warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
         highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor
         drainage and low-lying areas.

Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  Buckland, Conway, Shelburne, Ashfield, Colrain, Charlemont, Heath, 
  Plainfield, Rowe and Hawley.

Hawley, MA reported 1 inch of rain in 20 minutes. Another round of 
heavy precipitation will be moving through the area within the next 
hour. This may exacerbate any ongoing impacts from previous 
excessive rainfall.
