  Northeastern Jackson County in southern Mississippi...

* Until 330 PM CDT.

* At 1230 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
  heavy rain across the warned area. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain 
  have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches are 
  possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected 
  to begin shortly.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban
           areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as
           other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  Hurley, Wade, Big Point and Vancleave.

heavy rain across the warned area. Between 6 and 8 inches of rain 
have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 2 to 4 inches are 
possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected 
to begin shortly.

This is a FLASH FLOOD EMERGENCY for Wade and Hurley in Northeast 
Jackson County. This is a PARTICULARLY DANGEROUS SITUATION. SEEK 
HIGHER GROUND NOW!

HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing
         flash flooding.

SOURCE...Emergency management reported multiple impassable roads
         across north Jackson County with significant flooding
         ongoing.

IMPACT...This is a PARTICULARLY DANGEROUS SITUATION. SEEK HIGHER
         GROUND NOW! Life threatening flash flooding of low water
         crossings, small creeks and streams, urban areas,
         highways, streets and underpasses.
