* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Southwestern Conecuh County in south central Alabama...
  Western Escambia County in south central Alabama...
  Southwestern Monroe County in south central Alabama...
  Northwestern Baldwin County in southwestern Alabama...
  South Central Clarke County in southwestern Alabama...
  Mobile County in southwestern Alabama...
  Southeastern Washington County in southwestern Alabama...
  Northwestern Escambia County in northwestern Florida...

* Until 800 PM CDT.

* At 207 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
  heavy rain across the warned area. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain
  have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 3 to 5 inches are
  possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected
  to begin shortly.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
           highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor
           drainage and low-lying areas.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  Downtown Mobile, Midtown Mobile, Prichard, Tillmans Corner,
  Saraland, Bay Minette, Atmore, Chickasaw, Satsuma, Citronelle,
  Creola, Chunchula, Stockton, McCullough, Gulfcrest, Axis, Uriah,
  Mount Vernon, Calvert and Excel.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, dont drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

FOR SOUTHWESTERN CONECUH, WESTERN ESCAMBIA, SOUTHWESTERN MONROE,
NORTHWESTERN BALDWIN, SOUTH CENTRAL CLARKE, MOBILE, SOUTHEASTERN
WASHINGTON AND NORTHWESTERN ESCAMBIA COUNTIES...

At 700 PM CDT, Another line of thunderstorms with very heavy rainfall
will move into the warned area and be capable of producing additional
rainfall amounts of 2 to 4 inches over the next hour. Renewed flash
flooding is expected to begin shortly. Small streams and creeks are
