  West Central Westmoreland County in southwestern Pennsylvania...

* Until 600 PM EDT.

* At 300 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
  heavy rain across the warned area. Between 0.5 and 1.5 inches of 
  rain have fallen. The expected rainfall rate is 0.5 to 1 inch in 1 
  hour. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban
           areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as
           other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...

from flash flooding across the warned area. Between 2 and 2.5 inches 
of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches 
are possible. Flash flooding is already occurring.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

At 628 PM EDT, emergency management reported flash flooding  from 2 
to 3 inches of rain in multiple municipalities including Pitcarin, 
Murrysville and into Export.  Reports indicate swift water rescues 
are occurring in Export as well as evacuations in Plum and 
Monroeville. Flash flooding is already occurring.

HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Heavy rain producing
         flash flooding.
