The National Weather Service in Pittsburgh has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Southern Clarion County in west central Pennsylvania...

* Until 1015 PM EDT.

* At 712 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
  heavy rain across the warned area. Between 0.5 and 1.5 inches of 
  rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1.5 inches 
  are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or 
  expected to begin shortly.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban
           areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as
           other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  Rimersburg, Sligo, Limestone and Callensburg.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, dont drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.

In hilly terrain there are hundreds of low water crossings which are 
potentially dangerous in heavy rain. Do not attempt to cross flooded 
roads. Find an alternate route.

...FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1015 PM EDT THIS 
EVENING FOR SOUTHEASTERN CLARION COUNTY...

At 828 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms produced heavy 
rain across the warned area, with additional showers possible. 
Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen while later showers could 
add up to 0.5 inches. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin 
shortly.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.
