  Northwestern Caddo Parish in northwestern Louisiana...
  Southern Bowie County in northeastern Texas...
  Cass County in northeastern Texas...
  Northeastern Marion County in northeastern Texas...

* Until 730 AM CDT.

* At 428 AM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated
  thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between
  2 and 3 inches of rain have fallen since early this morning. The
  expected rainfall rate is 2 to 3 inches in 1 hour. Additional
  rainfall amounts of 2 to 4 inches are possible in the warned area
  through 730 am. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
  shortly.

  HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing
           flash flooding.

  SOURCE...Radar and automated gauges.

  IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams,
           urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses.

thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 2
and 3 inches of rain have fallen. The expected rainfall rate is 2 to
3 inches in 1 hour. Additional rainfall amounts of 2 to 4 inches are
possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to
begin shortly.

HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing
         flash flooding.

IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams, urban
         areas, highways, streets and underpasses.

The heavy rain has ended. Residual flooding on roadways, in low-lying
areas, and areas of poor drainage may still continue into the
afternoon. Please continue to heed remaining road closures.

A Flood Watch remains in effect until 700 AM CDT Wednesday for
portions of Arkansas, Louisiana, southeast Oklahoma, and northeast
Texas.
