* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Southern Faulkner County in central Arkansas...
  Northwestern Lonoke County in central Arkansas...
  East Central Perry County in central Arkansas...
  Pulaski County in central Arkansas...
  Eastern Saline County in central Arkansas...

* Until 215 PM CDT.

* At 1106 AM CDT, emergency management reported roads closed and 
  previous water rescues. Thunderstorms were producing heavy rain 
  across the warned area. Between 8 and 12 inches of rain have 
  fallen. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

  This is a FLASH FLOOD EMERGENCY for Little Rock, Conway, North 
  Little Rock, Cabot, Jacksonville. This is a PARTICULARLY DANGEROUS 
  SITUATION. SEEK HIGHER GROUND NOW!

  HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms
           producing flash flooding.

...FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 215 PM CDT THIS 
AFTERNOON FOR SOUTHERN FAULKNER, NORTHWESTERN LONOKE, EAST CENTRAL 
PERRY, PULASKI AND EASTERN SALINE COUNTIES...

At 1219 PM CDT, emergency management reported roads closed and 
ongoing water rescues. Water was also coming into homes in multiple 
locations. Between 8 and 13 inches of rain have fallen as a running 
storm total. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

This is a FLASH FLOOD EMERGENCY for Little Rock, Conway, North 
Little Rock, Cabot, Jacksonville. This is a PARTICULARLY DANGEROUS
