  Southwestern Union County in south central Arkansas...
  Columbia County in southwestern Arkansas...
  Northwestern Lincoln Parish in north central Louisiana...
  Claiborne Parish in northwestern Louisiana...
  North Central Webster Parish in northwestern Louisiana...

* Until 915 AM CDT.

* At 510 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
  heavy rain across the warned area. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain
  have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 2 to 4 inches are
  possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected
  to begin shortly.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
           highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor
           drainage and low-lying areas.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  Magnolia, Homer, Waldo, McNeil, Haynesville, Emerson, Atlanta,
  Village, Macedonia, Smithland, Calhoun, Athens, Lisbon, Hew Hope,

MORNING FOR SOUTHWESTERN UNION AND COLUMBIA COUNTIES AND NORTHWESTERN
LINCOLN, CLAIBORNE AND NORTH CENTRAL WEBSTER PARISHES...

At 653 AM CDT, local law enforcement reported multiple cars stalled
in flood waters in Haynesville. Between 3 and 7 inches of rain have
fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 2 to 4 inches are possible in
the warned area. Flash flooding is already occurring.

HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing
         flash flooding.

SOURCE...Law enforcement reported.

IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams, urban
         areas, highways, streets and underpasses.
