  Southern Hempstead County in southwestern Arkansas...
  Northeastern Lafayette County in southwestern Arkansas...
  Eastern Little River County in southwestern Arkansas...
  Northeastern Miller County in southwestern Arkansas...
  Southwestern Nevada County in southwestern Arkansas...

* Until 930 AM CDT.

* At 532 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
  heavy rain across the warned area. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain
  have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 2 to 4 inches are
  possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected
  to begin shortly.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
           highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor
           drainage and low-lying areas.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...

SOUTHERN HEMPSTEAD, NORTHEASTERN LAFAYETTE, EASTERN LITTLE RIVER,
NORTHEASTERN MILLER AND SOUTHWESTERN NEVADA COUNTIES...

The heavy rain has ended. Flooding is no longer expected to pose a
