The National Weather Service in Tulsa has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for...
  East Central Osage County in northeastern Oklahoma...

* Until 645 AM CDT.

* At 338 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
  heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain 
  have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are 
  possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected 
  to begin shortly.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban
           areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as
           other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

...FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR EAST CENTRAL OSAGE COUNTY HAS BEEN 
REPLACED WITH AN ARIAL FLOOD WARNING...

The heaviest rain has moved out of the warned area. Radar and 
automated gauges indicate that 3 to 5 inches of rain fell early this 
morning, which has likely resulted in areas of flooding. Additional 
rainfall of up to an inch locally remains possible this morning. 
Continue to heed any road closures and report any flooding to local 
law enforcement.
