The National Weather Service in Wilmington has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Northwestern Clinton County in southwestern Ohio...
  Northeastern Warren County in southwestern Ohio...

* Until 1215 AM EDT.

* At 913 PM EDT, radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain
  across the warned area. Between 1.5 and 2 inches of rain have
  fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible
  in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
  shortly.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
           highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor
           drainage and low-lying areas.

* Some locations that may experience flash flooding include...
  Wilmington, Waynesville, Clarksville, Harveysburg, Corwin, Kingman,
  Oakland, Ogden, State Route 350 at US Route 22, Caesar Creek State
  Park, Cowan Lake State Park, Interstate 71 at US Route 68,
  Burtonville, Oregonia and Fort Ancient.

This includes I-71 in Ohio between mile markers 33 and 56.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, dont drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

FOR NORTHWESTERN CLINTON AND NORTHEASTERN WARREN COUNTIES...

The heavy rain has ended. Flooding is no longer expected to pose a
threat. Please continue to heed remaining road closures.

A Flood Watch remains in effect until 800 AM EDT Monday for portions
of Indiana and Ohio.
