  The City of Colonial Heights in central Virginia...
  The City of Petersburg in south central Virginia...

* Until 215 AM EDT.

* At 1113 PM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated 
  thunderstorms producing heavy rain in City of Petersburg. Between 
  2 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up 
  to 1.5 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is 
  already occurring.

  This is a FLASH FLOOD EMERGENCY for City of Petersburg and 
  southern City of Colonial Heights. This is a PARTICULARLY 
  DANGEROUS SITUATION. SEEK HIGHER GROUND NOW!

  HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms
           producing flash flooding.

  SOURCE...Radar and automated gauges.

  IMPACT...This is a PARTICULARLY DANGEROUS SITUATION. SEEK

  3 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up 
  to 1.5 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is 
  already occurring.

thunderstorms producing heavy rain in City of Petersburg. Between 3 
and 5 inches of rain have fallen. Flooding impacts will continue, 
but little to no additional rainfall is expected early this morning. 
Flash flooding is already occurring.

This is a FLASH FLOOD EMERGENCY for City of Petersburg and southern 
City of Colonial Heights. This is a PARTICULARLY DANGEROUS 
SITUATION. SEEK HIGHER GROUND NOW!

HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing
         flash flooding.

SOURCE...Radar and automated gauges.

IMPACT...This is a PARTICULARLY DANGEROUS SITUATION. SEEK HIGHER
         GROUND NOW! Life-threatening flash flooding of low water
         crossings, small creeks and streams, urban areas,
