The National Weather Service in El Paso Tx/Santa Teresa has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for...
  North Central Hudspeth County in western Texas...

* Until 1145 PM MDT.

* At 954 PM MDT, Thunderstorms with torrential rainfall continue to
  roll across parts of central Hudspeth County, north of Sierra
  Blanca. 0.50 to 1.50 inches of rain has fallen across rural areas
  between Cornudas and Sunset Ranches, west of FM-1111.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Flash flooding of arroyos and draws, roads, and low water
           crossings, as other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  Cornudas and areas north of Sunset Ranches.

This includes the following streams and drainages...
  South Well Draw, Eightmile Draw, University Draw, and others.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.

Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads.
