  Calhoun County in north central West Virginia...
  Southwestern Gilmer County in north central West Virginia...
  Southwestern Ritchie County in northwestern West Virginia...
  Southeastern Wirt County in northwestern West Virginia...

* Until 600 AM EDT.

* At 101 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
  heavy rain across the warned area. Up to 1 inch of rain has fallen.
  Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible in the warned
  area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
           highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor
           drainage and low-lying areas.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  Harrisville, Grantsville, Arnoldsburg, North Bend State Park,
  Cairo, Big Springs, Smithville, Brohard, Munday, Macfarlan, Burnt
  House, Annamoriah, Mount Zion, Creston, Stumptown and Millstone.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, dont drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to heed remaining
road closures.
