  Northeastern Braxton County in north central West Virginia...
  Northeastern Gilmer County in north central West Virginia...
  Southern Doddridge County in northern West Virginia...
  Northwestern Lewis County in northern West Virginia...
  East Central Ritchie County in northwestern West Virginia...

* Until 745 AM EDT.

* At 238 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
  heavy rain across the warned area. Between 0.7 and 1.3 inches of
  rain have fallen. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
  shortly.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
           highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor
           drainage and low-lying areas.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  Burnsville, Flatwoods, Sand Fork, Pullman, Auburn, Linn, Alum
  Bridge, Baldwin, Troy, Leopold, Stouts Mills, Camden, Grove, Sand
  Run, Avon, New Milton, Blandville, Heaters and Berea.

This includes Interstate 79 between mile markers 67 and 93.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, dont drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Report flooding to the National Weather Service by calling toll free,
800 401 9535, when you can do so safely.

Flood waters have receded. The heavy rain has ended. Flooding is no
longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to heed remaining
road closures.

A Flood Watch remains in effect until 1200 PM EDT Monday for portions
of southeast Ohio and West Virginia.
