* WHAT...Visibility reduced to a quarter mile or less in dense fog.

* WHERE...Bureau, Putnam, Henry IL, Mercer, Hancock, Henderson, 
  McDonough, and Warren Counties.

* WHEN...Until 8 AM CDT this morning.

* IMPACTS...Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Visibility will improve by the mid morning as 
  the sun rises and the fog quickly dissipates.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If traveling early this morning, be prepared for rapid changes in
visibility over very short distances, make sure to slow down, 
and keep plenty of stopping distance between yourself and other 
vehicles.
