* WHERE...South Laramie Range including the Interstate 80 Summit
between Cheyenne and Laramie and Happy Jack Road.
* WHEN...Until 7 AM MDT Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...Very low visibility could make driving conditions
hazardous, especially between mile markers 321 and 336 along
Interstate 80.
