Widespread dense fog has decreased in coverage per the latest surface observations. Areas of dense fog are expected to become more localized to the lower elevations around the Twin Ports into the early afternoon. Occasional visibilities down to one half to one quarter mile are expected, but visibilities are expected to continue improving elsewhere.
