* IMPACTS...At 15.0 feet, Within bank flows move along the river 
  from eastern Grant County... across Kay County... to the 
  confluence with the Arkansas River below Ponca City. Some 
  low-lying oilfields may be isolated.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 7:30 AM CDT Friday the stage was 14.4 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 17.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The Salt Fork Arkansas River is expected to rise
    to a crest of 15.0 feet this afternoon.
  - Action stage is 14.0 feet.
  - Flood stage is 17.0 feet.
