Russell Springs, or 18 miles northwest of Scott State Lake, moving
north at 25 mph.

north at 25 mph.
HAZARD...70 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.
SOURCE...Mesonet. The Oakley Airport reported a wind gust of 67 mph.
IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect considerable
tree damage. Wind damage is also likely to mobile homes,
roofs, and outbuildings.

southeastern Thomas, eastern Logan, southwestern Sheridan and

COUNTIES WILL EXPIRE AT 815 PM CDT...
The severe thunderstorm which prompted the warning has moved out of
the warned area. Therefore, the warning will be allowed to expire.
However, gusty winds and heavy rain are still possible with this
thunderstorm.
A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 1000 PM CDT for
northwestern and west central Kansas.
To report severe weather, contact your nearest law enforcement
agency. They will relay your report to the National Weather Service
Goodland.
