The National Weather Service in Tallahassee has issued a

* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for...
  South central Coffee County in southeastern Alabama...
  Western Geneva County in southeastern Alabama...

* Until 430 PM CDT.

* At 354 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Samson, or 12
  miles southeast of Opp, moving southeast at 20 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage 
           to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
  Geneva, Samson, Coffee Springs, Earlytown, Chancellor, Spears,
  Pera, Sellersville, Weeks, Lytle, High Bluff, Highfalls, Marl,
  Logan Field Municipal A/P, Holley Store, Lowery, Marvin Chapel, and
  Geneva Municipal A/P.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Large hail, damaging wind, and continuous cloud to ground lightning
are occurring with this storm. Move indoors immediately. Lightning is
one of natures leading killers. Remember, if you can hear thunder,
you are close enough to be struck by lightning.

Torrential rainfall is occurring with this storm, and may lead to
flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.

...THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING FOR SOUTH CENTRAL COFFEE AND
WESTERN GENEVA COUNTIES IS CANCELLED...

The storm which prompted the warning has weakened below severe
limits, and no longer poses an immediate threat to life or property.
Therefore, the warning has been cancelled. However, gusty winds to 
40 mph are still possible with this thunderstorm.
