North central Sierra County in south central New Mexico...
* Until 415 PM MDT.
* At 344 PM MDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Monticello,
moving east at 10 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and half dollar size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage
to roofs, siding, and trees.
* Locations impacted include...
Monticello, Alamosa Canyon, and Las Placitas.
This includes Interstate 25 in New Mexico between mile markers 83 and
93.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Monticello, moving east at 5 mph.

...THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING FOR NORTH CENTRAL SIERRA COUNTY
WILL EXPIRE AT 415 PM MDT...
The storm which prompted the warning has moved out of the area.
Therefore, the warning will be allowed to expire. However, small
hail and gusty winds are still possible with this thunderstorm.
Remember, a Severe Thunderstorm Warning still remains in effect for
northern Sierra County until 445 PM.
