The southeastern City of Fredericksburg in central Virginia...
Spotsylvania County in central Virginia...
* Until 745 PM EDT.
* At 652 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 8 miles southwest
of Spotsylvania, or 13 miles northeast of Mineral, moving east at
25 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Damaging winds will cause some trees and large branches
to fall. This could injure those outdoors, as well as
damage homes and vehicles. Roadways may become blocked by
downed trees. Localized power outages are possible.
Unsecured light objects may become projectiles.

Gatewood, Logan, Partlow, Massaponax, Spotsylvania, Brokenburg,
Glenora, Post Oak, Thornburg, Snell, Alsop, and Fredericksburg.

At 718 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Spotsylvania,
or 9 miles southwest of Fredericksburg, moving east at 25 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
