  Southwestern Shenandoah County in northwestern Virginia...
  Northeastern Rockingham County in western Virginia...
  Western Page County in northwestern Virginia...

* Until 815 PM EDT.

* At 714 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 8 miles southwest
  of Basye-Bryce Mountain, or 16 miles southeast of Rough Run, moving
  southeast at 20 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Damaging winds will cause some trees and large branches 
           to fall. This could injure those outdoors, as well as 
           damage homes and vehicles. Roadways may become blocked by 
           downed trees. Localized power outages are possible. 
           Unsecured light objects may become projectiles.

* Locations impacted include...
  Alma, Newport, Tunis, Orkney Springs, Honeyville, Ingham,

17 miles southwest of Woodstock, moving east at 20 mph.

         fall. This could injure those outdoors, as well as damage 
         homes and vehicles. Roadways may become blocked by downed
