* At 550 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Rice, or near
  Longwood University, moving southeast at 20 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

  IMPACT...Minor damage to vehicles is possible. Expect wind damage
