  Western Prince Edward County in central Virginia...

* Until 600 PM EDT.

* At 527 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near 
  Madisonville, or near Red House, moving east at 30 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Expect damage to trees and powerlines.

* Locations impacted include...
  Hampden Sydney, Hampden Sydney College, Prospect, Darlington
  Heights, Kingsville, Briery Creek Lake, Tuggle, Elam, Briery,
  Virso, Allens Mill, and Worsham.

...THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING FOR WESTERN PRINCE EDWARD COUNTY
HAS EXPIRED...

The storm which prompted the warning has weakened below severe
limits, and no longer poses an immediate threat to life or property.
Therefore, the warning has been allowed to expire.  However, gusty
winds and heavy rain are still possible with this thunderstorm.

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 1000 PM EDT for central
Virginia.
