* Until 700 PM EDT.

* At 616 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Morristown,
  moving east at 15 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
  Morristown, Jefferson City, Bean Station, White Pine, Russellville,
  Panther Creek State Park, Alpha, and Lowland.

This includes Interstate 81 in Tennessee between mile markers 3 and
17.
