  East Central Colfax County in northeastern New Mexico...
  Northwestern Union County in northeastern New Mexico...

* Until 800 PM MDT.

* At 712 PM MDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Capulin, or 
  7 miles west of Des Moines, moving northeast at 10 mph.

  HAZARD...Ping pong ball size hail and 60 mph wind gusts.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...People and animals outdoors will be injured. Expect
           hail damage to roofs, siding, windows, and vehicles.
           Expect wind damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
  Des Moines, Folsom and Capulin.

This includes Highway 64 between Mile Markers 371 and 393.
