* At 1147 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Hutch, or 9
  miles east of Middlesboro, moving east at 25 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and penny size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

* This severe thunderstorm will be near...

...THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING FOR SOUTHWESTERN HARLAN AND
SOUTHEASTERN BELL COUNTIES HAS EXPIRED...

The storm which prompted the warning has moved out of the area.
Therefore, the warning has been allowed to expire.  However, small
hail, gusty winds and heavy rain are still possible with this
thunderstorm.

Remember, a Severe Thunderstorm Warning still remains in effect for
portions of Harlan and Bell counties.
