* At 1222 AM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Tulia,
  moving east at 40 mph.

  HAZARD...Golf ball size hail and 60 mph wind gusts.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...People and animals outdoors will be injured. Expect hail 
           damage to roofs, siding, windows, and vehicles. Expect 
           wind damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

FOR EASTERN SWISHER AND WESTERN BRISCOE COUNTIES...

At 1229 AM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 7 miles east of 
Tulia, moving east at 40 mph. A wind gust to 81 mph was measured 
near Tulia with this storm.

THIS IS A DESTRUCTIVE STORM FOR TULIA AND MACKENZIE RESERVOIR.

HAZARD...80 mph wind gusts and golf ball size hail.

SOURCE...West Texas Mesonet.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
         shelter. Mobile homes will be heavily damaged. Expect 
         considerable damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles. 
         Extensive tree damage and power outages are likely.

Tulia, Silverton, Vigo Park, and Mackenzie Reservoir.

At 1242 AM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 5 miles west of 
Mackenzie Reservoir, or 12 miles west of Silverton, moving east at 
40 mph. This storm produced a wind gust to 81 mph and golf ball 
size hail near Tulia.

THIS IS A DESTRUCTIVE STORM FOR MACKENZIE RESERVOIR AND SILVERTON.

HAZARD...80 mph wind gusts and golf ball size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
         shelter. Mobile homes will be heavily damaged. Expect 
         considerable damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles.
