FOR HASKELL AND NORTHWESTERN THROCKMORTON COUNTIES...

At 1022 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Haskell,
moving east at 45 mph.

HAZARD...70 mph wind gusts and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated. A 70 MPH gust was reported near Haskell at 
         10:14pm.

IMPACT...Expect considerable tree damage. Damage is likely to mobile 
         homes, roofs, and outbuildings.
