East Central San Juan County in northwestern New Mexico...
* Until 500 PM MDT.
* At 412 PM MDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 13 miles south of
Turley, or 14 miles southeast of Bloomfield, moving northeast at 10
mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to
roofs, siding, and trees.
* Locations impacted include...
Mainly rural areas of Western Rio Arriba and East Central San Juan
Counties.
This includes Highway 64 between Mile Markers 82 and 86.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

At 430 PM MDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 11 miles south of
Turley, or 15 miles southeast of Bloomfield, moving northeast at 10
mph.
