* At 1253 PM CDT, A severe thunderstorm was located near Helm and 6 
  miles southwest of Fairfield, moving northeast at 45 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

  IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
  Fairfield, Lancaster, Wayne City, West Salem, Cisne,
