  Southwestern Southampton County in southeastern Virginia...

* Until 730 PM EDT.

* At 640 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Dahlia,
  moving southeast at 5 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Minor damage to vehicles is possible. Expect wind damage 
           to trees and powerlines.

* This severe thunderstorm will be near...
  Dahlia around 645 PM EDT.
  Claresville around 705 PM EDT.

Other locations impacted by this severe thunderstorm include Pleasant
Hill, Lanes Corner, Gumberry, Turners Crossroads, Bryants Corner,
Emporia Reservoir, Little Texas, and Emporia Airport.

The storm which prompted the warning has weakened below severe
limits, and no longer poses an immediate threat to life or property.
