* At 847 PM MDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Stratton,
moving southeast at 35 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage
to roofs, siding, and trees.

...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 930 PM MDT
FOR SOUTHEASTERN KIT CARSON COUNTY...
At 911 PM MDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Bethune, or 9
miles west of Burlington, moving east at 35 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to
roofs, siding, and trees.
This severe thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of
southeastern Kit Carson County.
This includes the following highways...
Interstate 70 in Colorado between mile markers 415 and 443.
Highway 385 between mile markers 178 and 192.

...THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING FOR SOUTHEASTERN KIT CARSON COUNTY
WILL EXPIRE AT 930 PM MDT...
The storm which prompted the warning has weakened below severe
limits, and no longer poses an immediate threat to life or property.
Therefore, the warning will be allowed to expire. However, heavy
rain is still possible with this thunderstorm.
A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 300 AM MDT for
east central Colorado.
