* At 615 AM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from 4 miles southwest of Elkins to 4 miles northeast of
  Lake Fort Smith to 4 miles north of Rudy, moving east at 50 mph.

  HAZARD...70 mph wind gusts and nickel size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Expect considerable tree damage. Damage is likely to
