* At 219 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 8 miles northeast
  of Retrop, moving east at 20 mph.

  HAZARD...70 mph wind gusts and half dollar size hail.

  SOURCE...The Elk City Mesonet measured a 70 mph wind gust.

  IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect considerable 
           tree damage. Wind damage is also likely to mobile homes, 
           roofs, and outbuildings.
