* Until 145 AM EDT.

* At 120 AM EDT, a tornado-producing storm was located near
  Lynchburg, moving northeast at 60 mph.

  HAZARD...Damaging tornado.

  SOURCE...Radar confirmed tornado. Radar shows tornado debris in 
           the air.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

* Locations impacted include...
  Lees Creek, Leesburg, New Vienna, East Monroe, Samantha, Lynchburg,
